This activity had the objective to revalue the gastronomic art in Vilcashuaman, by promoting the consume of typical Andean dishes with ingredients such as corn, khawinca, pumkin, quinua, haba, charqui among others. The youth organizations exposed different dishes such as: lawa quinua, chilly lever, fried corn, olluquito with charki, carapulcra a la vilquin, pumpkin huatia, hot huallhua, caputo drink, cebada drink, chilji, among others. In this way, youngsters aim to promote a social trend in favour of licit productive activities, which take advantage of the local culture and identity in Ayacucho.

YOUTH OFFER GASTRONOMIC ART IN VILCASHUAMAN
