This week 4 youth organizations in Cangallo received a workshop around drug’s prevention and as a result of it, they have committed to organize activities which will foster healthy life styles in their community, and without the abuse of alcohol and other drugs.The partipant groups: María Parado de Bellido, Santa Rosa, Group of Dance and Manuela Ramos will promote recreational and educational activities, which will showcase their cultural Heritage such as: gastronomic festivals, music awards, Sports tournaments, Workshops for parents around drug’s prevention, among others, and with the technical assistance of CEDRO. In this way, these young Readers expect more involvement in their local civil society, as well as more attention from their authorities around the promotion of healthy life styles among youth. This educational event ended with a colorful artistic presentation made by the participants themselves (dance called "kings’ arrival").
